Play The Long Game

Too many people want a quick fix.. lose all your fat in 2 weeks with 10 minutes work a day.

Its not realistic and its not sustainable.

Marketing companies have destroyed our sense of patience and its a shame.

The reality is it’s taken you years to get to this stage and reversing it all in a matter of weeks isn’t the best strategy.

By implementing long term strategies you are setting yourself up for long term success.

Introduce small habits over time, be patient and trust the process.

The people that you see getting “quick results” have spent years developing strong habits and fundamentals to get to the point where they can get the best results.

If we told you to only eat chicken and broccoli every day for the next 12 weeks then sure you would lose fat but you will also either go crazy and give up within a week or get to the end and binge heavily as a response to the extreme restriction.  But if we slowly introduce habit over time it doesn’t seem so extreme and is much more manageable to incorporate into your lifestyle.
